On 4th of August 2009 around 12.15mid night Brunei time, whole of Kiulap area were blackout. All of the shopping area were dark. The tenant who sale "nasi katok" like picture above were light up by candle for their upcoming customer. However exactly around 1.00am the electric supply back in normal operation.
